Interwoven explores the hidden, intimate, and often “mundane” effects of sexual trauma, finding itself interconnected with and blurring a boundary between the most safe, undisturbed spaces such as my own bed and the relationship I share with my partner.

From a journal entry of mine when developing this project — “I dedicate this piece to every woman that finds that little girl within them, praying one day she’ll be released. This is for the girls I grant peace.”
